Our lab focus on induction of fruit response to biotic and abiotic stress such as fungal pathogens and cold, integrated postharvest management, fruit microbiome and studying the effect of orchard treatment on postharvest disease and fruit quality. We use diverse tools including molecular genetics, transcriptomics, microbiome analysis, metabolomics, microscopy, classical physiology and phytopathology.
